Kentucky Eyes Jaxon Kohler in Transfer Portal | Big 12 Basketball News

Kentucky’s eyes are on Jaxon Kohler, the 6’10” forward from Michigan State now in the transfer portal, as they scramble to fill their final roster spot. A key player averaging over 12 points and 9 rebounds last season, Kohler can also stretch the floor with his three-point shooting — a perfect fit for Mark Pope’s offense. Though Kentucky is among his top schools alongside BYU, Kansas, and Louisville, whispers suggest BYU may be leading the pack. With NCAA legal drama swirling around him, this move remains uncertain — but if Mitchell falls through, Kohler could be a game-changer.
