Keontay Toomer Commits to Louisville

Keontay Toomer, a top-rated safety from Ben Davis High School, has committed to Louisville Cardinals, choosing them over Cincinnati, Illinois, and Wisconsin after a pivotal campus visit. His pledge boosts Louisville’s 2027 class to 17 commitments, making it potentially their best ever — especially on defense, where he joins Allen Evans IV and Jordan Haskins. With 95 tackles and standout plays last season, Toomer’s talent and decision signal strong recruiting momentum for the Cardinals as they build a future-ready roster.
