She holds a master’s degree in nutrition sciences and specializes in sports nutrition, eating disorders, pre-diabetes and diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. In addition to her private practice, Nicole serves as a registered dietitian and health educator at Bakersfield Family Medical Center and as an adjunct faculty member at Cal State Bakersfield.
