Our guest this week really is one of the Golden Girls of Australian sport, and 25 years after her nation-stopping performance, we are delighted to have Olympic Gold medallist Kerri Pottharst on the show.

The sands of Bondi Beach provided the perfect platform for Kerri and Natalie Cook to beat the world and bring home gold in the beach volleyball. A truly indelible memory of the Sydney Games.

Today, Kerri is still at the top of her game, but in a different arena as an in-demand speaker, MC, executive coach, mentor, author and mum.

Kerri takes us back to that magical fortnight of unforgettable athletic excellence, sharing the secret behind her winning combination with Natalie. She also tells us how she shapes up in the kitchen!

It's Showtime returns and this week, we meet Cathey Visscher, a multi award-winning conserve and baking queen who gives us an insight into how her homemade delights catch the judges' eyes, tastebuds and votes.

And we really have shaken things up for the Food Poll. Milkshakes, anyone? The flavoursome foursome on offer are Chocolate, Strawberry, Caramel Malt and Blue Heaven. Your mission is to choose only one.
