What’s an armor bearer? We read in the Bible about the armor bearer of Jonathan, son of King Saul, who accompanied him everywhere to help carry his burdens and to ensure he had everything he needed to go into battle. The armor bearer even fought alongside him in battle. Now imagine what an armor bearer does for a ministry  leader, and you have an idea of Kevin Jessip’s young adult years as the armor bearer of evangelist Phil Enloe! In this second part of our conversation, Kevin tells us how Phil Enloe and other seasoned veterans of the faith mentored him over the years and were used of God to prepare and support him in his own ministry efforts – even after he left active ministry! Kevin is a living example of how the promises of God are “yes” and “amen” in Messiah Yeshua. But then, what exactly does God’s “yes” mean? Barry and David investigate that in their midrash.
