We'd love to hear from you!"PROGRESS = HAPPINESS" - Tony RobbinsThe key to all big projects is to “chunk” them down into increments of time rather than allowing them to overwhelm us. Once you have both lists arranged, begin working out a plan of action to complete the top five priority tasks. Schedule reasonable time frames on your calendar, making sure that you are able to complete each item in the required time. For non-priority tasks, break each one into a reasonable timeframe with deadlines for completion. For example, if you want to write a book, allocate the days of the week you can write and the time frames in which you will write. Keep in mind that you must be consistent and committed to staying on track or you will never complete them. Choose the perception that they are just as important as your priority tasks but with the understanding that they can be moved back on occasion, whenever needed. In all tasks, when we take time to actually schedule out the things we must accomplish, we increase the likelihood of seeing it happen.Brain Dumping and Prioritizing is a critical habit to develop and maintain for life and should be done every week or at least every month. This will empower us to stay intentional and accomplish what we would otherwise, never finish.
