Khalil El Ghoul knew his natural sphere wasn't going to help him reach his goals, so he assimilated himself and his family into the neighborhood and lifestyle he wanted to sell. To fit in with his ideal network he purchased an expensive home within his target community, sent his kids to the best private school, and joined the country club. Khalil went from being a refugee to the US, growing up poor to running a $125M producing real estate business.
