Khan Kiely - owner of Khans Books in James’s Street, Kilkenny have announced that they are closing down after 32 years. Khans Books has been open for business since 1994, and began trading in a small premises in James’ Street, Kilkenny, Ireland. The shop moved four times over the coming years until settling back into a larger space in James’ Street, in 2000. What started out as a discount book shop evolved into providing a huge range of books, from best sellers to discounted books – always remaining true to Khans’ ethos – ‘everyone can afford to shop in Khans’ in James’s Street, Kilkenny have announced that they are closing down after 32 years.
