Four months later in Oct. 2017 King Salman is the first Saudi Monarch to travel to Moscow. One month later in Nov. 2017, a Russian delegation of 6o business executives travel to negotiate partnerships with Saudi Arabia, ending an oil agreement that had lasted since 1945 with America. But that may not be all! Saudi Arabia may be running out of oil. Our climate is always changing and it may be we're using it as an excuse for what's about to happen.
