Im eigenen Unternehmen sei beispielsweise ein Chatbot im Einsatz, der den Beschäftigten Fragen zu innerbetrieblichen Regelungen, Betriebsvereinbarungen, Benefits und vielem mehr beantworte. „Die Daten liegen vor, wir speisen sie in den Chatbot ein und setzen dann ein modernes Retrieval Augmented Generation System drauf.“
