Kid Caregivers, Part 4

Suzanne Newman talks with 14-year-old Hailey Richman from Long Island, New York. Hailey is executive director for two non-profit organizations that help seniors, giving young people an opportunity to help. This segment provides information on how to get involved. People can do puzzle drives, distribute puzzles, or volunteering a facility. When kids email, Kid Caregivers can provide names of facilities they can go to. If they have a loved one with Alzheimer's, they will send puzzles either to them or to the facility. She'll have a Zoom call with a volunteer, showing them how to relate with someone who has Alzheimer's.
