KARL'S OUTLINE:1.Start with BANG – It’s a Horse Race not a Locomotive2.BE RELATIONAL – your job starts before you ever take the stage.3.Assume they know nothing – explain without assumptions.4.Be expressive, excited, Exaggerate Voice and Gestures – 5.Set the Tone – you are the thermostat, not the thermometer.6.Play the EYE BALL GAME – look at every child.7.Use humor – verbal and physical – don’t take yourself too seriously.8.ROLL with Distractions – things will go wrong, don’t let it spoil the spirit of the service.9.Get off stage – move out among the kids. Be a moving target.10.Keep it MOVING.
