Kids! - You just can't beat 'em!

from You're Entitled to Our Opinion

No, we don't want to beat children! However, over the years, we've been posed with the question, "At what point do children become accountable for their own salvation?"That is a very good question and one we tackle on today's podcast. Some people who believe that life begins at conception actually support abortion because those victims go right to heaven. The children, at that point, have no moral or doctrinal accountability (which we deal with in the discussion) and therefore are welcomed into heaven. However, like we pointed out in last week's podcast discussing how life is sacred, their purpose is cut short and all too often just for convenience sake. For those of us who are allowed to live, there comes a point when we must learn moral accountability - learning of right from wrong. But there also comes a time when we must learn doctrinal accountability - the spiritual recognition that we are separated from God and walking in darkness. What about "good people?"What about grade school age children? What about those who have never heard of Jesus? We discuss how we are children of wrath, of disobedience, of the devil, or of God and this revelation will answer many of the above questions. Be ready to expand your understanding of John 3:16 but also the following verses some people choose to ignore.
