Kienholz Shines in Louisville's Heartbreaker | Louisville Football News

Louisville fell just short against Ole Miss, losing 41-38 in a nail-biter that saw them rally from a 14-point deficit to tie the game with under a minute left—only for Ole Miss to kick a game-winning field goal. But the real story? Quarterback Lincoln Kienholz, making his first career start after not playing in college since high school. He battled through an awkward first half, then exploded in the second, finishing with 307 passing yards, 69 rushing yards, and three total touchdowns—including a clutch 54-yard TD pass and the game-tying score on the run. His fourth-quarter drive was pure grit, and his performance signals huge potential for the Cardinals as they regroup and aim higher next time.
