Kienholz’s Bloodied Debut Sparks Concern | Louisville Football News

Lincoln Kienholz made a gutsy, record-setting debut for Louisville despite a brutal loss to Ole Miss — throwing for over 300 yards, rushing for a TD, and going interception-free in his first start. But a post-game clip showing blood near his ear ignited fan frenzy and safety concerns, even though bleeding rules require immediate exit from play — and the exact moment of injury remains unclear, possibly tied to one of his three sacks. With a quick turnaround looming, fans are on edge waiting for updates on whether he’ll be ready for Friday night’s game.
