Made up of a galena crystal, a thin wire called a “cat’s whisker”, a coil of copper wire and a single ear piece, I was able to hear transmissions from Chicago, Canada, Tennessee and other “far- away” places. For me at seven, anyplace outside of New York was far away. That galena crystal was my magic carpet, opening my imagination and mind. My love affair with crystals amped up in my mid 30’s when my path reopened to the subtle energy that surrounds us.
