今回は五十四番札所、近見山延命寺です。 こちらのお寺は街中から近い、ゆったりとした丘の上にあり、鶏の鳴き声やれんげ畑に囲まれたのどかな風景が広がります。 延命寺の院号は現在「宝鐘院」ですが、以前はご本尊に因んだ「不動院」だったそうです。延命寺は「つり鐘」がキーワードのようです。 今回の凸凹同行記は・・・ 今回は江戸時代に農民を救った庄屋、越智孫兵衛さんのお話です。
