Spread the brownie mixture on to a well sprayed cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Frosting: Combine 3 tablespoons softened butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Stir until smooth.
