Stephen Port, a 41-year-old from east London, lured men on dating sites, drugged them with mephedrone, and attacked them in his flat [citation:1]. One survivor described Port as "like God in his flat," someone you couldn't refuse [citation:1]. In 2016, Port was convicted of drugging, raping, and murdering four young men, becoming one of Britain's most notorious serial killers [citation:1].
