A woman who faked a pregnancy for months killed her pregnant friend and cut the baby from her womb, then tried to pass the child off as her own . Taylor Parker was stopped by police while driving erratically and claimed she had just given birth, but medical staff quickly determined she had not recently delivered a baby . The infant, Braxlynn, was pronounced dead. Parker was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to death in 2022 . In recorded jail calls, she showed no remorse, referring to the brutal killing as "one horrible thing
