In January 2024, Justin Mohn, 33, shot his father Michael Mohn, 68, at their Pennsylvania home, decapitated him with a knife and machete, then posted a 14-minute YouTube video holding the severed head . He called for violent attacks on federal workers . The video stayed up for hours before removal . Mohn was convicted of first-degree murder and terrorism—the first such conviction under Pennsylvania law—and sentenced to life without parole
