Or is it something that I don’t think I want; i.e. do they do the opposite of what I think is right?What is my goal?  What do I want? How do I feel about it? How much confidence do I have in myself to achieve my goal and get what I want? (1-10)Do I feel worthy of achieving this goal? Why or why not?How safe does it feel to achieve this goal? (1-10)Do I feel pushback from anyone or anything, including myself when I think about achieving my goal and getting what I want? If so, think about why and where that might come from.Do I feel like I can trust myself to reach my goal? (1-10)How much belief do I have in myself to get what I want? (1-10)Do I feel like I deserve to get what I want? Why or why not?
