On Friday's edition of Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey spoke with a mother from that part of West Clare. Alison Clancy was on the line, to tell us about a terrifying ordeal after her six-month-old baby suffered a severe allergic reaction, only to be told the nearest ambulance was over an hour away.
