Her collaborations have resulted in the design and implementation of multiple development and mentorship programs that increase the leadership talent pool, positive turnover, loyalty among employees, and cultivate a culture of servant leadership. Kim has been such a wonderful mentor to me, she has shown me dozens of amazing books to read, and is a testament to the experimental process in terms of becoming an effective and emotionally intelligent leader.
