The Tory minister, who is originally from Lancashire, disagrees with the Greater Manchester mayor, believing that there should be a national plan for vocational education - like the T Levels that are already in place - for young people. And Rob speaks to Kim McGuinness, the police and crime commissioner for Northumbria, about her campaign to run for the newly-created position of Mayor of the North East next summer.
