Prior to her current role, she worked as the Global General Counsel Home Care and GC Africa at Unilever, Chief of Staff for Barclays Africa Compliance and was the Head of Legal, UK Retail Bank, at Barclays and was seconded to Barclays Africa where she worked in Johannesburg, South Africa. Kim has also worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at GE Money, a Vice President at Morgan Stanley and the Head of Litigation at Marks and Spencers.  Recorded in January 2022.
