Kim Piscopo – “A Legacy of Strength”

from Time to Elevate Podcast · host Ann Lucente

Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, 'I will try again tomorrow.' ~ Mary Anne Radmacher 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋Welcome to another episode of Time to Elevate Podcast!  I’m your host, Ann Lucente. If you’re a longtime listener or a brand-new friend, I’m so happy you’re here. Time to Elevate is all about lifting each other up in every part of life, not just our careers. I’m so passionate about strong women, the women who paved the way, and the power of having a supportive tribe. Today, I’m honored to introduce a guest who’s been an important part of my tribe for years—a true powerhouse. Born in Florida and raised between the suburbs of Boston and New York, she grew up with a deep appreciation for family, resilience, and connection. After her parents divorced when she was ten, she was raised by her remarkable and strong mother. She also holds many cherished childhood memories with her father. Both of her parents passed within the last seven years and are deeply missed every day. Life has taken her on quite a journey, moving nearly two dozen times and embracing new places and experiences along the way. Family remains at the heart of her story. She is the proud mother of Jenny and Dominic and the loving grandmother—or, should I say, an awesome Grammy—to her two adored grandsons, Zachary and Christian. She has a younger brother, Jeff, and two stepbrothers, Jeremy and Nick, as well as a sweet stepmother, Kathy. She met and married, Joe, who is a godly man and who is incredibly supportive of her in everything she does, and they’re embracing every moment of this life together ❤️❤️. A dedicated worker throughout her life, she began running a business with her mother at just eighteen years old, building a strong foundation of determination and independence. She describes herself as a prayer warrior, daughter of Christ, a loving mother and wife, and a devoted friend. Her faith guides every part of her life. She finds joy in many of life’s simple and beautiful moments, including music, worship, the ocean and beach, flowers, animals, travel, meaningful conversations, time with close girlfriends, and a great movie. Above all, her love for God is the center of her life. Her faith is her strength, her anchor through life’s storms, and the place where she finds hope and lasting joy. Let me introduce to you my beautiful friend and tribe member, Kim Piscopo! 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋Time to Elevate original theme song created bySinger Songwriter Victoria Purdy 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋Time To Elevate Instagram Ann Lucente InstagramTime To Elevate Podcastemail: [email protected]
