What this episode covers
Women are simply overlooked by the financial industry at large. They are treated as a monolith, they are treated with disrespect, and nearly every woman who experiences domestic violence also experiences financial abuse. Executive Marketing Director Kim Scouller has made it her life’s work to empower women, especially mothers, with a proper education on money. Money can be taxed, possessions are a liability, but wisdom is a priceless, irrevocable power. Knowledge is the best gift one can impart. And Kim has shared the gift of financial literacy with countless women by launching numerous programs and resources to get them the help and information they need.
