Sarah shares a bit about her trip to Aberwystwyth, and Zoe shares that she doesn't have a lot going on at the moment (IYKYK). Zoe and her family are working on some summer projects, gardening and cleaning up the yard.  Sarah shares her dream projects for the summer as well, but things are tough with the cost of living issues going on in Canada! Everything is so expensive! That takes the girls into chats about investments and financial literacy and how they are both working to have a better wrap on money to set themselves up for the future, and teach their kids about money and credit cards.  13:23-28:12Whats on your FYPSpeaking of financial literacy thats whats all over Zoes page, financial advice, and just trying to spend with more purpose.  That takes the girls into over consumption and buy and return culture that is often associated with Influencers, and they both share their stance on it.  Sarahs FYP is all about the ninja creami as she just got one! Its all protein ice cream and she is loving it! 28:13-52:22They have talked about it before, but the girls are still working on scrolling social media less as things are really starting to compound and it just doesn't feel healthy right now.  Zoe is intentionally seeking out videos that feel good, and bring her joy.  Sarah shares about her realizations postpartum in regards to her fitness journey and her new approach to moving her body, and her whys.  She also signed up for a race, so she's training! The girls finish off the episode chatting about Sarahs trip from meeting Housewives to the hotel from hell!
