Kindness and gratitude are two key qualities required to be successful in business leadership, according to Pinky Lilani, Founder and Chief Executive of Spice Magic, and one of the UK's leading women entrepreneurs. She told her Cambridge Leadership Series audience of MBAs that people development is at the heart of her professional philosophy, and that her success has been underpinned by a belief in the importance of food, culture, hospitality, collaboration and relationship-building.
