Kindness Campaign Wrap-Up

from Small Changes Big Shifts · host Dr. Michelle Robin

Do what you can with what you have where you are. - Theodore Roosevelt As we wrapped up our 31-Day Kindness Campaign on November 13 (World Kindness Day), we were overwhelmed with the stories that came flooding in about the impact the campaign had on those who participated. We had over 20 pages of stories from people, so we asked some of them to share their stories with the world. What an amazing #ripplefromtheheartland we created – let's keep it going, tribe! Join us as we talk about: What beautiful acts of kindness participants have done during our 31-Day Kindness Campaign. What words of guidance participants want to share with people who have also faced or are currently facing a difficult time in their life. Different acts of kindness they have done for strangers and how it has rippled throughout their own inner circles and beyond. How tapping into your talents and sharing it with others can do so much good for your community. Other acts of kindness you can participate in such as Blessing Bags to keep the wave going. Why being intentional about kindness is also self therapeutic. How Small Changes Big Shifts is getting geared up for our 40 Days of Gratitude Campaign
