Memorable Quotes: "I've never been more truly convicted to know that the most important thing we can do is to hook on to others and just say, hey, I'm here and be that person for them when they need us the most." "If we get the personal side right, there's an ROI on the professional side, but too many times, people are only focused on that professional side. We're proving that when you make sure you're taking care of self and you're putting family first in the schedule, there's an ROI on that professional side as well." "The main thing is to keep the main thing, the main thing." What You'll Learn: Strategies to create a balanced life that leads to positive relationships and sustainable kindness towards others.
