Kindness Meditation

Kindness Meditation is a kind of "frequency learnings" from my own desire to understand how the sounds affects our bodies.. our minds. It's also a deep meditation about how much our society needs to think about our relationship to each other.. how we affect each other and the planet.. and, maybe, meditating on it.. to find a new (and good) path to share together our experience being humans. a lot of thanks to Igor Neljak.. I'm very happy to be part of Stargazing Guest Mix. _/\_ -------------------- Kindness Meditation é uma espécie de "estudo de frequências", nascido do meu próprio desejo de entender como os sons afetam nossos corpos.. nossa mente.
