King Richard III Act 4

In which the shadows of ambition and blood draw tightly 'round the hapless heirs of England's crown, whilst mothers and aged matrons bewail their lost progeny and dark prophecies fall like heavy rain upon the land. The newly crowned sovereign schemes with cold resolve, wooing love with treachery and girding for war against rising foes, as loyal friends counsel haste and foes plot in the dimming light of noble hope.
