He uses this opportunity to "put flesh on" what He taught in Luke 13 about the Kingdom of God. After establishing what the Kingdom "is like" in Luke 13, Jesus will now begin to show us what that actually looks like in interpersonal relationships, i.e. a Kingdom Lifestyle.
