Phone it in Friday Download our app - radio.godslovelive.com Are we practicing the Christianity of the Bible, or have we just been "phoning it in" with corporate religious traditions? In this special "Phone It In Friday" edition of the Kingdom Living Program, we begin to strip away centuries of cultural baggage, church buildings, and institutional hierarchies to rediscover the raw, dangerous reality of the New Testament Ekklesia. We trace the exact blueprint of the church—starting directly with the radical commands of Jesus in the Gospels and tracking its explosive real-time execution across Acts Chapters 1 through 14.In this two-part episode, we break down: The Death of the Building: How the early church weaponized the ordinary living room and grew exponentially without a single piece of real estate. Shattering the Pyramid: Why Jesus explicitly banned religious titles and why the New Testament model rejects the single "Senior Pastor" CEO structure in favor of a team of servant elders. The Radical Economy: A look at the intense economic system of Acts 2 & 4 where accumulation was rejected for immediate, life-saving liquidation. The Scandalous Guest List: How the early church broke every racial, cultural, and social barrier to bring the broken, the outcasts, and the nations to the exact same dinner table. The invitation to the King's table is completely open to anyone, but the cost of entry is absolute surrender. It's time to stop just "going to church" and start being the church.
