Matthew 6:25-34 (ESV) What do I do if I’m dealing with anxiety? ● Cultivate healthy Godly relationships. ● Create healthy boundaries. (social media, relationships) ● Seek professional/spiritual help. (group leader, pastor, counselor, psychologist) ● Trust in God with a grateful heart. ○ Philippians 4:6 (ESV) 6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. ○ Jesus set the example for this. ■ Jesus rested in the will of God. We have the same ability. This gives us authority over anxiety and fear.
