Kingfisher Mining targets copper blow resource

from Proactive - Interviews for investors · host Proactive Investors

Kingfisher Mining Ltd managing director Chris Bittar talked with Proactive about the company’s June 2026 quarter, during which it completed 24 reverse circulation drill holes for 2,962 metres across its Broken Hill copper-gold and base metals portfolio. The drilling campaign included work at the flagship Copper Blow Copper-Gold Project, Stephens Trig and Allendale. Copper Blow remained the principal focus, with Kingfisher Mining completing 10 holes for 1,576 metres as it continued infill and extensional drilling ahead of a planned maiden mineral resource estimate. Further drilling is planned at Copper Blow, with upcoming work expected to focus on extensions along strike and at depth. Diamond drilling is also planned to support preliminary testing of the oxide portion of the mineralised body. At Stephens Trig and Allendale, Kingfisher Mining completed follow-up drilling around areas of historical zinc and lead-zinc mineralisation. The company is using these projects to develop a broader exploration pipeline supported by its mining and processing agreement with Broken Hill Mines. Bittar said the agreement could allow Kingfisher Mining to assess lower-capital development options without needing to construct standalone processing infrastructure. He added that the company would evaluate the most economical route as its understanding of Copper Blow develops. Visit Proactive’s YouTube channel for more videos.
