Kingman Creates New Incentive Program for Business Development

Send us a text and chime in!The City of Kingman has launched a new Infill Incentive District Development Fee Reduction Program designed to encourage business investment, redevelopment and economic growth along four key commercial corridors. Established in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 9-499.10, the program provides eligible businesses with a 50% reduction in qualifying development fees. The incentive applies to approved projects that develop vacant land or occupy and renovate vacant buildings within designated corridor boundaries.
