Kingspiration - Letting go of assumptions

In this episode, I explore how differences between cultures translate into differences between individuals even from the same cultural background and how we can avoid difficulties communicating with others. Some of these hiccups are rooted in assumptions and expectations of others. I'm going to talk about Erin Meyer's interesting observations in intercultural situations ("The Culture Map") and give you my take on how we can use her findings in general, NVC-based communication.
