This week we recap a bit from last weeks Race the Sun weekend, a big ol’ look toward Faith Kipyegon’s build into Breaking4 as she seeks to become the first ever female to run the mile in under 4 minutes, as well as more from Merrick and Boudakin as they look to run sub 2:30 and 3:00 hours respectively on the Gold Coast in just over 2 weeks time.
