Kirill: Biohacking, Breathwork and Migration

from Being Underwater Hosted by Joana Breidenbach

My guest today is Kirill Sivy. Kirill is a young entrepreneur, co-founder of Shiftspace. Shiftspace is building and sharing human centered technology for the future of work. This focus is also a good description of Kirill himself. From a young age, he has been interested in Personal Development, the human mind and how we show up in the world. Kirill is a firm believer that our planetary, social & personal problems are caused by human behaviour. Inner development - for him - is the key to putting our world on a better course. In our conversation we talk about Kirill’s early life experience in Belarus and Germany. About his fascination with self-help books and biohacking, which later lead to a deep interest in personal development, involving -among others - breath work as well as psychedelics.
