On the menu is; fried rice & Spam washed down with Mr. Coffee, roasted fruit bats, Eat the Problem feasts, and yak cheese necklaces and butter tea in Tibet. Her social cause is 24 Carrot, a food education program of Material Institute, a charity based in Lutruwita/Tasmania. 24 Carrot works with schools to establish kitchen gardens, where students learn to grow, cook and share seasonal food.
