It's pretty easy to get caught up in something and before you know it, you're in a tail spin and you have no idea which way is up, let alone how you are going to get yourself out of the situation you find yourself in. This is generally where panic sets in and people do stupid shit that gets them even deeper in the shit. I am a big believer in the whole concept of taking a deep breath and then re-evaluating the situation. Very often, we forget to breath when the shit hits the fan and I am no doctor or scientist but I think the lack of oxygen to the brain makes us do stupid shit. When you find yourself in hot water, take a deep breath and run yourself through the situation and the options you feel you currently have. Guarantee you will make a lot better decision because taking that deep breath will stop you from getting too carried away and allowing panic to set in. Hey, howzit going?
