Nutter Center in Dayton, OH. After going through Bill's concert history and Brad's Kisstory from the last reunion show he saw up through this show, they review both concerts. For the Band on the Bill Spotlight, they dive into Kiss' reunion album, Psycho Circus, from 1998 and consider which outtakes they feel should've made the album.
