Many watch Hells Kitchen and like myself, they love the show. Gordon Ramsey takes poorly performing restaurants and turns them around in twenty-four hours. In this episode of Bar Room chats, we discussed how after the turn around of the restaurant they promoted a black girl to head Chef. The previous Chef was making ninety thousand dollars a year, but couldn't hold down the kitchen, so he was eventually fired. After promoting the black girl to head chef, it seems like, she was being played by not giving her close to, or a ninety thousand dollar salary increase for doing the same work that the head chef was doing before he was fired.
