What should you do if you're called for an Aliyah before you've recited Birchos HaTorah?In this episode of Kitzur Yomi, the Kitzur Shulchan Aruch explains that if there is enough time before your Aliyah, you should first recite all of Birchos HaTorah and then say at least one Torah passage, such as Yevarechecha. Afterward, you may go up for your Aliyah and recite its berachos.If there isn't enough time, you should still accept the Aliyah. Since you will recite "Asher Bachar Banu" at the Torah, that berachah serves as part of your Birchos HaTorah.
