KMOX Legal Analyst: Missouri ballot measures blocked; Meta agrees to settlement

The Missouri Supreme Court is fast-tracking a case on a pair of ballot measures that would appear on the November ballot. This relates to Amendment 6 (legislature's ability to override public initiatives) as well as Prop A (Missouri's Congressional map). Young also weighs-in on the $17 billion settlement in a case against Meta. 'It's enormous,' says Young of the agreement which includes a default daily time limit for minors, and cut off access during overnight hours and during school days for them.
