Know Anyone Afraid to Go To School and Work In these Violent Times? Ask Dr. Appl

from Ask Dr. Applewhite

How can we address the Stress, Fear, and Anxiety surrounding our workplaces and our schools? We must find ways to cope with our feelings to avoid DISABILITY from STRESS. Ask Dr. Applewhite, Host & Military Veteran, and the Students and Veterans of White Apple Institute about ways to function effectively at school and work amidst our violent times. We hope the information shared will prove comforting to all those affected by gun violence and domestic terrorism. We send loving regards to all families of the San Bernardino Regional Center, as well as those affected by losses from Columbine, Sandy Hook and so many other innocent victims of senseless shooting tragedies in our country.
