Know The Game You Are Playing-Defining Investment Goals

This podcast is downloaded in states all over the USA and it's also downloaded in several countries in Europe. It's amazing how many people you can reach/influence with a simple podcast. Just try. Be willing to fail and after failing, try again! Are you playing the wealth accumulation game or the wealth preservation game? Do you have enough cash flow every week, every month? If you have money problems, you very likely have a "cash flow" problem. How do you increase cash flow by simply pressing buttons your phone? Answer: 1) buy/hold true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's. You have earn more than 12% on your investments, in order to OUTPACE the true rate of inflation. 2) Sell simple option contracts (cash secured puts/covered calls) to generate weekly/monthly cash flow. Again, you can accomplish this by simply pushing button on your phone! Also, buy/hold Bitcoin. Doing this doesn't pay you cash flow. But it's the best growth instrument on the planet. Buying/holding Bitcoin is the best GROWTH strategy because it's the best performing asset on the planet! SAVE your money IN Bitcoin. Is the price volatile? YES> But volatility isn't bad in investments. Volatility is vitality. It's a good thing. Look at the overall trend of Bitcoin on a graph. What does the graph look like? It shows the price moving up and "to the right" on the graph each 4 year cycle. So NO ONE who bought/held Bitcoin for at least 4 years, EVER lost money (unless they did something stupid). But doing something stupid isn't Bitcoin's fault. Do you want to make money while sleep? Buy/hold high yield dividend stocks/ETF's. It's liberating. It will make you feel like you have true freedom. Failure is one of the BEST things that can happen to you. Failure is OK. Failure gets you one step closer to ultimate success. And timing always plays a part in our success. Sometimes we are doing the correct thing but simply at the wrong time. If your goal is to create income, cash flow then don't focus on "share price erosion." Focus on the dividend. Ask yourself, "Is this stock still paying me a great dividend?" If the answer to that question, is yes, then don't worry about the price per share. Keep collecting the dividend. The money you are earning while you sleep! Every investor's goal, whether they realize it or not, is to outpace the TRUE rate of inflation. Use the FREE website, stock analysis dot com and look at the dividend tab that any stock you want to research pays you per year. That number better be above 12%. If it's not, then due to inflation, you are LOSING purchasing power of any money that you earn! I have 3 college degrees and I didn't learn how to become wealthy in college. I had to learn it on my own. But if you own a smart phone with an internet connection, then the power to change your life, is literally in your hand! Do these 3 things to become wealthy: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. 2) buy/hold high yield dividend stocks/ETF's. 3) Sell simple option contracts. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.
